Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor & Administrator
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Division 23 Inc D.B.A. HVAC Service Pro’s, with principal business address at 4227 S Meridian Suite # D 391 (“Sponsor”), and administered by Gravity Coffee at 1155 Valentine Ave SE, Pacific WA 98047. Gravity Coffee’s role is limited to administration and promotional support only. Gravity Coffee is not responsible for prize fulfillment, system installation, technical specifications, or the use and handling of participant data collected through this promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Washington State, aged 18 or older at time of entry. The physical installation portion of the Grand Prize is only eligible for owner occupied single family residences. Employees, officers, directors, agents, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor and Administrator are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Void outside of the state of Washington.
3. Entry Period
Giveaway begins on 7/11/2025 12:00 PM and ends on 8/8/2025 12:00 PM (Pacific Time). Entries received before or after are disqualified.
4. How to Enter / Free Alternative Method
- Online entry: Navigate to https://www.callhvacservicepros.com/gravity-giveaway, complete the entry form including full legal name, WA street address, email, and date of birth.
5. Limit
One (1) entry per person/email address/household, regardless of entry method.
6. Drawing/Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on 8/15/2025 at 12PM PDT, at Pacific, WA, from among all eligible entries received. Odds depend on total eligible entries received.
7. Prizes (and ARV)
- Grand Prize: One professionally installed Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump Model # MUZGS12NA-U1/MSZGS12NA-U1 with approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $8,800.00.
- Runner-up Prize(s): Voucher for $750 off towards the purchase of a Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump System, Purchased through HVAC Service Pros. ARV $750 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $16,300.00.
8. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, no cash equivalent, except that Sponsor reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV. Winners must provide valid mailing info. Prizes will be shipped or picked up within 45 days after winner verification.
- Winner is responsible for any upgrades to their electrical system that might be needed to accommodate the new electrical circuit that will be required for the system to be installed.
- Winner is responsible for all permit fees associated with the new system.
- Winner is responsible for material and labor costs associated with the new system beyond 15 feet of total separation between the outdoor unit and the indoor wall cassette.
- Winner is responsible for the costs associated with installation taking place on or over any non-typical site conditions, i.e. cliffsides, extreme unlevel ground, over water, removal of vegetation, etc.
9. Winner Notification & Claim
Potential winners will be notified via [email/phone] within 5 days of drawing. Winner must respond within 15 days. If unclaimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award an unclaimed prize to an alternate winner using the same random process.
10. Conditions of Participation
By entering, participants agree to:
- Release Sponsor, Administrator, and affiliates from liability.
- Allow Sponsor and adminstrator use of winner’s name, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
- Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws.
11. Compliance with Washington Law
- No purchase required to enter or win; purchasing or payment—including shipping fees—will not increase odds of winning.
- Fair, conspicuous disclosure of Sponsor name/address, entry rules, odds, complete prize details, and ARV are provided per RCW 19.170
- Prizes available in sufficient quantity, and delivered or rain-checked in compliance with RCW 19.170.040
- Sweepstakes structured as a promotional contest of chance open to all WA residents; no entry fee or consideration required.
- Sponsor is not a charitable or raffle organization; Washington raffle rules (RCW 9.46) do not apply.
12. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will, if required, issue IRS Form 1099 for prizes with ARV $600+.
13. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful or non-compliant. Entrants agree to verification of eligibility.
14. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor’s use of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional communications from both HVAC Service Pros and Gravity Coffee. Entrants may unsubscribe from future communications at any time via the methods provided in those communications.
15. Miscellaneous
- Governing Law: Washington State law, without regard to conflict of laws.
- Disputes: Venue is Pierce County Superior Court, WA.
- No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize except by Sponsor.
- Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
